Jeypore, : Vikram Deb University is stepping forward in the field of higher education and research. An MoU (Memorandum of Understanding) has been signed between Vikram Deb University and KISS (Kalinga Institute of Social Sciences), a deemed university based in Bhubaneswar.
According to Professor Deviprasad Mishra, the OSD of Vikram Deb University, students, teachers, professors, and staff of both institutions will benefit from this partnership. On the 15th of this month, officials from both institutions gathered at the KISS campus in Bhubaneswar to discuss academic collaboration, skill development, and various other topics. Following the discussions, the MoU was formally signed.
The primary objective of the MoU is to promote educational collaboration, joint research, intellectual property sharing, student exchange programs, and more. Key attendees at the signing included Professor Mishra (OSD), Registrar Maheshwar Chandra Nayak, PG Council Chairperson Dr. Prashanta Kumar Patra, KISS Vice Chancellor Professor Debasish Bandyopadhyay, and Registrar Dr. Prashanta Rautray, among others.
This collaboration is expected to become a milestone in the field of education.
