Tentulkhunti: On the occasion of the completion of 11 years of the Central Government and 1 year of the State Government, LED vans and Vikas Rath (Development Chariots) are being sent to various Gram Panchayats across districts and blocks throughout the state to showcase the achievements of both governments.
As part of this campaign, programs have been completed in eight Gram Panchayats of Tentulkhunti block. Today, a Vikas Mela (development fair) was organized at the Pujariguda Gram Panchayat and at Tentulkhunti. MLA of Nabarangpur, Gaurishankar Majhi, was present at the event.
He addressed the public about the welfare schemes of the Central and State Governments for the poor and the underprivileged, the initiative to double farmers’ income, and empowering the people at the grassroots level. He mentioned that in the near future, both the Central and State Governments will implement many more such beneficial schemes.
The program also witnessed the presence of Panchayat Samiti Chairperson Nilendri Nayak, Vice-Chairperson Rajendra Bijay Bishoyi, Pujariguda Sarpanch Anadi Majhi, District Council Chairperson Kunja Bihari Dash, MP representative Santosh Kumar Patra, former District Council Chairperson Jagadish Chandra Bishoyi, Mandal President Prashant Kumar Nayak, Abhimanyu Harijan, Harekrushna Muduli, and Dharanidhar Singh.
While all these dignitaries were seated on the stage, the event was coordinated by Group Development Officer Manoj Kumar Panigrahi. The program was organized with contributions from Pujariguda PEO Swagatika Sahu, ACD, and Ananta Pujari, who assisted with the execution of the event. All block employees also participated.
At the end of the event, Pujariguda Sarpanch Majhi expressed his gratitude to all the officials and staff who contributed to the successful organization of the program.
