Nabarangpur : On the occasion of completing one year in office, the state government has launched the “Vikas Bahan Yatra” under the campaign “One Year, Many Achievements”, as part of the ongoing Vikas Mela (Development Fair).
The launch event took place at 11:30 AM today, where Hon’ble MLA of Nabarangpur Gauri Shankar Majhi, District Collector Dr. Subhankar Mahapatra, SP Sandip Sampad Madkar, Municipality Chairperson Kunu Nayak, and MP Representative Kunj Bihari Das, among others, were present. They flagged off the Nabarangpur Development Awareness Vehicle.
Before the launch, everyone watched a live stream of the state-level program, including an address by Hon’ble Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, who also launched the Vikas Bahan at the state level.
In Nabarangpur district, 10 awareness vehicles will travel through various urban blocks, rural areas, and panchayats, spreading awareness about the welfare schemes and developmental initiatives of the state government. These vehicles are aimed at educating the public about government achievements and ongoing projects.

The Vikas Bahan Yatra will raise public awareness about these schemes and showcase how the government has dedicated the last year to serving the people. Along with this, awareness rathas (vehicles) from various departmental streams will also tour the district, ensuring widespread outreach and public engagement.
