Bhubaneswar:Feb, 11:  Under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Union Budget for the financial year 2026–27, presented by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman, has given importance to all sectors including farmers, women, youth, the poor, middle class, business, MSMEs, healthcare, employment, education, and defence. It has ignited a new ray of hope for development in every corner of the country.

As India has now become the fourth-largest economy in the world and is rapidly moving towards becoming the third-largest, several transformative steps and new schemes have been approved in this budget to achieve the goal of a Developed India. The budget has emphasized areas ranging from Ayurveda to AI technology. Due to Prime Minister Modi’s visionary policies over the past 12 years, India’s growth has continued despite global instability.

Describing the budget as an excellent roadmap to achieve the goal of a Developed India by 2047, BJP State President Manmohan Samal said it would fulfill the aspirations of all sections of society. He stated that the allocation for infrastructure development in this year’s budget has crossed ₹12 lakh crore, while spending in the social sector has also increased. Not a single ongoing scheme has been discontinued.
