Baipariguda: Environmental protection is a concern everywhere. The government is taking independent initiatives and implementing various programs to raise public awareness through multiple measures.

With this vision, students from the Youth Club and Eco Club of R. Bhaluguda Upper Primary School in Baipariguda Block, Koraput District, launched a village cleanliness and awareness program. Under the leadership of teacher Kahnu Charan Hara, students, parents, and villagers actively participated in the initiative.

As part of this collective effort, students first held placards and went through different streets, spreading awareness about environmental conservation. Later, they cleaned temple premises and areas around all tube wells in the village. Steps were also taken to drain stagnant water from different places to prevent waterlogging.

Villagers fully participated and supported the program. A meeting was organized where discussions were held on responsibilities and duties toward creating a clean and prosperous environment. Plans for developing an ideal village were also formulated.

Several individuals, including Jayanti Kundalia, C.H. Prabhakar Rao, Samuel Mathalia, Sudam Pradhani, and Lakiram Goud, contributed to the success of the program.
