Salepur A power transformer near the Salepur Electricity Subdivision Office caught fire. Despite the proximity of the transformer to the RD Department, R&B Department, and the Panchayat Office, no damage was reported to those facilities.
The fire caused a disruption in the electricity supply. The loud explosions caused panic among local residents. Although maintenance work was reportedly being carried out on a monthly basis, the incident has sparked dissatisfaction among electricity consumers.
