Jharsuguda :Mar, 30: A district-level training camp was organized in the conference hall of the Zilla Parishad, Jharsuguda, with the aim of ensuring the smooth conduct of the upcoming Census 2027.
In this program, enumerators and supervisors who will be engaged in the census work were provided with necessary training. Additional District Magistrate Brajabandhu Bhoi, Chief
Development Officer of Zilla Parishad Bishwaranjan Nayak, and Tehsildar Sadakar Kumbhar were present and guided the trainees on the importance of the census and the need for accuracy.
State Coordinator for Census 2027, Ravi Ranjan Kumar, also attended and provided instructions on how data will be collected in digital mode and emphasized completing the work within the stipulated time.
Master trainers Jyoti Nayak and Ritarani Nayak conducted the training sessions and cleared participants’ doubts through interactive question-and-answer sessions.
In the first phase, a large number of teachers from the district were trained. It has been informed that the training program will be further expanded to the block level in the coming days.
Several senior officials and staff members of the district administration were also present on the occasion.
