Tentulikhunti Mourns the Demise of Former Headmaster

Tentulikhunti, 20th Sept 2025:  Narsingha Behera (86), former Headmaster of Anchalagumma Government High School, has passed away. He died in Bhubaneswar, and his last rites were performed at Swargadwar in Puri.

After news of his death spread, a pall of sorrow fell over the local area. The late Behera had served as Headmaster in Anchalagumma from 1969 to 2001. Many of his former students have gone on to hold important positions.

At that time, there were no other high schools in the district offering higher education, so students from across the region would come to study at the school managed by him. Due to his dedication, strong academic environment, and commitment to duty, the locals have expressed deep grief at his passing.

Today, memorial meetings were organized at the local school, Radha Krishna temple premises, and other places, where prayers were offered for the peace of his soul.

The condolence events were attended by Ramesh Chandra Bishoyi, Damendra Bishoyi, teachers, and a large number of students.
