Bhubaneswar, Dec, 10: Response from the Supply Minister to the Ministerial Committee at the Minister’s Office regarding Paddy Procurement:
A ministerial-level committee has been formed for paddy procurement.
Committees have been formed within each department for proper coordination.
Each district has been assigned a minister responsible for monitoring.
In every mandi, one officer will be assigned responsibility by the District Collector.
Officers will report to the District Collector.
The Cooperation and Panchayati Raj Departments will work to maintain overall coordination.
