Bhubaneswar,3rd Nov 2025: The Subhadra Portal, which has been suspended for many days, is set to reopen from tomorrow. Those who were unable to participate in the Subhadra Scheme last time due to being underage will now be able to apply starting 1 nov. Women who will have reached 21 years of age by 31st March 2025 will be eligible to apply for this government scheme, according to information provided by Deputy Chief Minister Prabhati Parida.
If the new applicants are found eligible, they will receive their Subhadra installments on 8th March, while in the case of by-elections in new areas, the Subhadra Portal will not open due to the enforcement of the Model Code of Conduct.
For the financial year 2025-26, applicants must be women aged 21 years or older and below 60 years as of 1st April 2025. Therefore, the date of birth of applicants should be between 2nd April 1965 and 1st April 2004.
