Kotpad, Dec, 15: The Foundation Day of the Kotpad Sub-Jail was celebrated at the jail परिसर. The program was held under the chairmanship of Sub-Jail Superintendent Sarada Prasanna Raut, with Kotpad First Class Magistrate Trijeeb Kumar Nanda attending as the chief guest.
The chief guest emphasized the need to bring intellectual and mental reform among jail inmates. On the occasion, inmates who achieved success in various competitions were honored with mementos and prizes by the chief guest.
Among others, Ananta Panigrahi, Amaresh Mahanti, Sushil Nayak, and other staff members were present and extended their cooperation in conducting the program.
