Baipariguda, Dec, 12: On the occasion of International Human Rights Day, a discussion circle was organized on Wednesday by the Department of Political Science of S.L.N. Degree College. Manoj Mahapatra, former Chairman of the College Management Committee, attended as the Chief Guest; Associate Professor Dr. Pradip Behera was the Chief Speaker; and Harshita Priyadarsini Mohanty attended as the Honoured Guest. The College Principal, Sneh Lata Pattnaik, also participated in the event.
During the study circle, a detailed discussion was held on the safety and rights of tribal women within the prevailing social system. The program was conducted by Mousumi Mohant, Lecturer of the Science Department of the college.
