Nabarangpur, Jan, 23:  The school-level first PM SHRI Festival was successfully celebrated at the PM SHRI Government High School, Pondikot, under Papadahandi Block of Nabarangpur district.

The programme was held under the chairmanship of the In-Charge Headmaster, Pindu Nayak. Dabugam MLA Manohar Randhari attended the event as the chief guest. Among other dignitaries present were District Council President Motiram Nayak, Block Chairperson Hemalata Majhi, Block Vice-Chairperson Sushant Kumar Behera, MP’s Representative Somanath Pujari, District Council Member Dr. Lipika Majhi, District Council Member Yashwant Nayak, Representative of the Minister for School and Mass Education Lingaraj Bhatra, Sarpanch Babula Bhatra, Samiti Member Umarani Biswal, and former Sarpanch Judhishti Yani, who graced the dais.

MLA Shri Randhari formally inaugurated the programme.

Following the inaugural session, students presented various cultural programmes, which were highly appreciated by the audience.
During the valedictory function, ABEO Balak Das Randhari attended as the chief guest. Meritorious students who excelled in different fields were felicitated and awarded by the dignitaries present on the dais. The stage proceedings were conducted by teacher Sudam Sethi.

Teachers Baikuntha Raut, Sanjeev Badaguchhia, Narayan Bhatra, Jayanti Karkora, Hrushikesh Bisoyi, Kiran Parida, Babita Jani, Kunilata Nayak, Dibakar Harijan, Rohan Pattnaik, Prakash Pradhan, and others extended active support for the successful organization and management of the programme.
