Jharsuguda, Jan 29: In human life, the sweet bond of friendship shared between classmates is often considered even stronger than the relationship between siblings born of the same mother. A strong example of this was witnessed during the reunion of the 2009 batch of Class 10 students of Luhabahal High School under Hemgir Block of Sundargarh district.
According to reports, despite their busy lives, the reunion was organized after a long gap of 16 years through the initiative of former student Ajay Khamari, who contacted his old classmates and brought them together for the special occasion.
The program was held at the famous tourist spot Koili Ghoghar in Lakhanpur Block of Jharsuguda district. Nearly 50 former students coming from distant places attended the event. After many years, the joy of meeting childhood friends was clearly visible in their emotional expressions, reflecting deep affection and respect for one another.
The organizers had arranged food and refreshments for the participants. All the friends gathered together, cut a cake, and celebrated their enduring friendship while reminiscing about their school days.
During the reunion meeting, the attendees shared memories of the past and expressed heartfelt gratitude to the organizers for arranging such a memorable event.
