Strict Measures Enforced to Ensure Discipline in Matriculation and +2 Exams

Bhubaneswar: The Matriculation and +2 examinations are set to commence from the third week of February. With limited time left, the state government has intensified its efforts to ensure smooth and controversy-free examinations. Strict measures have been implemented to maintain discipline and prevent any misconduct.

Candidates will not be allowed to carry any electronic devices inside the examination center. Additionally, there is a strict ban on the entry of unauthorized persons onto the campus. Only the center superintendent will be permitted to use a mobile phone inside the campus; other staff members, including teachers, officials, and students, will not be allowed to bring their mobile phones. This decision was taken in a review meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja, which was attended by district collectors, police superintendents, and district education officers via video conferencing.
