Statewide Census Exercise Scheduled to Commence from April 16 with Extensive Administrative Preparations

Bhubaneswar, Mar, 25:The first phase of the Census will commence in the state from April 16.
During the first phase, house listing and housing census will be conducted.
From April 16, enumerators will go door-to-door to collect data.
Both enumerators and supervisors will visit households to gather information.
The exercise will be carried out across all 30 districts of the state.
More than 1 lakh enumerators and over 17,000 supervisors have been appointed for this task.
