Bhubaneswar, 5th Aug 2025: A new dedicated mobile application titled ‘AWESOME’ (Anganwadi Welfare and Service Over Night Monitoring Everywhere) has been launched to empower Anganwadis.
With this app, Anganwadi workers will now be able to perform all their tasks digitally. It will also allow general public and parents to provide feedback directly through the app, enhancing transparency and accountability.
The app has been developed under a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) signed between the Ministry of Women and Child Development and NIPCCD (National Institute of Public Cooperation and Child Development).
