Bhubaneswar, 28th Aug 2025: The state government has launched an initiative to ensure that citizens are receiving government services effectively. Under this program, public feedback will be collected regarding services at police stations, hospitals, tehsils, and other government offices to check whether people are getting all the required facilities.
Under the Subhadra Scheme and the “5-Mo Sarkar” framework, policies will be shaped based on public opinion. Citizens can report issues such as:
- Whether they received allocated funds or not.
- Difficulties faced at the grain markets.
- Irregularities in the Antodaya housing scheme, including bribes demanded for receiving house installment funds.
- Whether allowances and subsidies are reaching beneficiaries.
The feedback collection will be transparent, and no officer or head will be exempt. Complaints about failure to provide services, misconduct, or accepting bribes will be documented and acted upon to improve governance
