State Assembly’s Monsoon Session Scheduled from September 18

Bhubaneswar, 16th Sept 2025: An all-party meeting will be held on 16th September under the chairmanship of the Speaker. The Monsoon Session of the Odisha Legislative Assembly will be held from 18th to 25th September. Discussions will be held on conducting the Assembly proceedings smoothly. There will be 7 working days in this session.  Instructions have been issued to departmental secretaries.  The Chief Secretary has directed that accurate and complete replies must be given to all questions raised in the Assembly.  Officers have been instructed to pay personal attention to this matter. Departmental secretaries have been advised to avoid foreign trips during the session. They have also been asked to limit official tours outside the state as much as
