Khordha , Dec, 22:  On the  evening, during the fourth evening of the Khordha festival, various cultural programs were organized, including performances by Nibhainee Jaku Group, Shiksha Play School, Neel Shaila Jyaloo Sup, Nidali School students, Gurukul Academy, and Ajit Gang Group. These performances showcased a blend of traditional and modern music and dance, enlivening the stage.

In the general assembly, Musalis, a distinguished speaker and Odisha Legislative Assembly orator Surama Padhi, addressed the audience. In his speech, he highlighted the unique natural beauty, historical significance, and cultural heritage of Khordha district, emphasizing how the fertile land of Khordha has nurtured heroism and resilience over generations. The main speaker noted that organizing such a grand and extensive festival fulfills a significant cultural and social need.

Prominent guests included former and current ministers of Odisha, who praised the developmental initiatives and cultural projects undertaken in the state. They highlighted how art, heritage, and culture have been integrated into local development plans, with special mention of pilgrim sites and the Astor Singh Road project contributing to the cultural and social landscape.

The festival assembly was presided over by Dillip Shrivasan, and honored guests included former legislator Kishore Kumar Pantha, former MLA Prakar Kumaat Tripathi, Mumbai Police Commissioner Arup, along with others such as Vidhana Chandra Mahajan and Rashmi Ranjan Mahapatra.

During the event, festival committee chief Prashant Kumar Jagdeesh discussed various development plans for the region and delivered a speech emphasizing the importance of heritage and culture. The evening concluded with the committee extending thanks and gratitude, and the stage presentation was coordinated by Srikant Nayak.
