Puri:Dec, 29: This morning, 18 social media influencers and content creators from 9 countries visited the Konark Sun Temple. With the support of the Information and Public Relations Department, they arrived from Bhubaneswar.
Information Officer Binayak Mishra and Surya Prakash Jati assisted the team as nodal officers. Upon their arrival at Konark, they were welcomed by Santosh Kumar Sethi, Deputy Director of the Information and Public Relations Department, and Amiya Kumar Sethi, Konark Tourism Officer.
Later, under the guidance of tourist guide Animesh, the foreign influencers toured the temple, gathered detailed information by asking various questions, and took photographs. After seeing the temple structure, sculptures, and learning about its history and significance, they expressed their happiness and appreciation.
The team included influencers from different countries:
- From Myanmar – Than Tint and Ya Min Thant;
- From Indonesia – Pandhu Waskitha and Raffi Fadillah Rizqullah;
- From Japan – Takura Kakefuda, Satishuka, Yoko Nogami;
- From Mongolia – Enkhbulgan Enkhabatar and Khan Jargalbayar;
- From Singapore – Melvin Tseng;
- From Malaysia – Hukeelnathaniel Abdullah, Mohammad Afiq bin Abad Rahim, and Nurula Atiq Binti Rashid;
- From South Korea – Myunghan Park and Samnan Cho;
- From Sri Lanka – Y. Dinesh Asiri Pathum Peiris and Twijikon Mudiya Mudiyan Selaj Shriantha Induli Wijekoon;
- From Thailand – Patamon Kanjanapun.
After completing the visit, the team returned to Bhubaneswar.
