NabarangpurJan, 23: Shri Sarat Majhi today assumed charge as the new Additional Sub-Collector of Nabarangpur district. Prior to taking over this responsibility, he had been successfully discharging his duties with dedication as the Block Development Officer (BDO) of Dabugaon Panchayat Samiti.
Known as an approachable, people-friendly and hardworking officer, Shri Majhi is well regarded in the local area. During his tenure, several developmental programmes were effectively implemented in Dabugaon Block, earning the block numerous state- and district-level awards.
Local sources stated that through the smooth management of Panchayat Samiti programmes and his role as a citizen-oriented and cooperative officer, Shri Majhi brought considerable recognition to both the block and the district during his term.
It is hoped that his experience and administrative efficiency in his new assignment will further strengthen the district administration of Nabarangpur.
