Kotpad Shri Khageswar Golari, the Additional Block Education Officer of Kotpad Block, will retire from his service career. He is fondly known as Golari Sir by all. Starting his professional journey as a teacher, he rose to the position of Additional Cluster Education Officer. A soft-spoken, kind-hearted person with excellent manners, his personality was enriched by his humility and polite behavior. Despite holding such a high position, he never displayed pride or arrogance.
In this world, everything has a beginning and an end. On this occasion of your retirement, you are making us all feel sad and emotional. But we have no choice; we must abide by government rules and procedures, even if the heart doesn’t agree.
