Bhubaneswar In front of the Assembly, senior Congress leaders clashed with the police. During their attempt to enter the Assembly, there was pushing and scuffling. After the tussle, Congress leaders and workers staged a sit-in protest outside the Assembly. According to reports, security personnel detained the Odisha PCC president along with five other leaders.
