Bhubaneswar, Dec, 09: The Department of School and Mass Education conducted a public grievance hearing on Monday. The Departmental Commissioner-cum-Secretary, Dr. N. Thirumala Naik, heard all the complaints and instructed the departmental officials to resolve them on a priority basis.
