Raighar, 12th Nov 2025: In the district-level Surabhi program, Saheb Biswas, a talented student from the remote region of Raighar, brought glory to his area with his outstanding performance.
It all began at the cluster-level Surabhi event, held on 14 October 2025 at Jodajanga Adivasi School under Turudihi Gram Panchayat. In that event, Saheb Biswas, a Class XII student of Government Higher Secondary School, Turudihi, and son of Gopal Chandra Biswas, secured first place in the Super Senior Category, qualifying for the block-level competition.
Later, the block-level Surabhi was held on 1 November 2025 at Nakateisimoda Upper High School. Once again, Saheb Biswas achieved first place, earning selection for the district-level Surabhi competition.
Subsequently, during the district-level Surabhi program held at Nabarangpur with great celebration and participation, Saheb represented his school and area in the debate competition. He delivered a well-thought-out, confident, and powerful speech that impressed everyone present, including the audience and the panel of judges.
When the results were announced, Saheb Biswas was declared the district-level winner in the debate category. The District Education Officer, Chhatrapati Sahu, personally presented the award to Saheb and congratulated him for his exceptional performance.
