Rural Development Dept. Issues Strict Orders: No Leaving Office Before 5:30 PM

Bhubaneswar: The Rural Development Department has issued strict instructions to all its employees. From now on, no employee of the Rural Development Department is allowed to leave the office before 5:30 PM. They must arrive at the office by 10 AM and can leave only after 5:30 PM. Employees are required to be present in the office for at least 7.5 hours daily.

Biometric attendance is mandatory for everyone. This means that any employee who fails to punch out will be marked absent for that day. If anyone arrives after 11 AM, that day will also be considered as absent.

Exceptions may be made only if an employee needs to go out for official work. The state Rural Development Department has issued these strict guidelines accordingly.
