Nabarangpur, Jan, 19: The Regional Agricultural Machinery Fair for the year 2025–26 concluded today at Mandai Ground in Nabarangpur.
The event was attended as chief guests by Nabarangpur MLA Gaurishankar Majhi, District Collector Dr. Maheshwar Swain, Additional District Magistrate (Revenue) Biswajit Barman, and Sub-Collector Prakash Kumar Mishra.
The Chief District Agriculture Officer, Sudhiranjan Behera, inaugurated the valedictory session with a welcome address.
At the fair, advance bookings worth a total of ₹4.50 crore were made for agricultural machinery, and farmers received government subsidies amounting to ₹97 lakh.
Ten successful farmers of the district, ten agriculture officers, and all participants of the cultural programmes were felicitated on the stage by the Hon’ble MLA and the District Collector.
Finally, District Agriculture Officer Anil Kumar Praharaj delivered the vote of thanks and formally concluded the Regional Agricultural Machinery Fair.
