Rasulpur, 6th Oct 2025: The centenary celebration of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh was held at the “Mugupal Mandal” in the Shrirampur region of Jajpur district. The event took place at Kuakhua market, where retired teacher Jogendra Panda attended as the chief guest. He remarked that India’s past, present, and future depend on the youth and that the RSS family is committed to working in this direction.
As the keynote speaker, Jajpur district secretary Amiya Samal participated and spoke about the intellectual and cultural journey of the RSS over the past century, the challenges faced, and the future plans of the organization to serve society.
District secretary Sandeep Biswal also attended as an honored guest. The event saw participation from nine branches of the Mugupal Mandal and other guests.
About 180 volunteers from the branches and two weekly meetings participated in the celebration. The volunteers gathered from Shakhapadia located in front of the Hi-Tech College and marched out. The procession moved from Madhuban Road, Kuakhua Market through Chandipur and Bazaar Galipol, returning to the Shakhapadia near the Sarangpur temple.
Volunteers performed physical exercises, yoga, and asanas as a demonstration. The program concluded with a prayer meeting.
Participants included officials from the district, division, and state levels. Key organizers from the Shrirampur region were Yashobanta Das, Ajay Prusti, Swadhin Rout, Amiya Sahu, Pramod Dalei, Sanatan Nayak, Tapan Panda, Akshay Panda, Anupam Panda, Amiya Sahu, Pradeep Giri, Anshuman Kar, and Subas Nayak.
Mandal secretary Purnachandra Sethi introduced the guests and extended thanks to everyone present.
