Bhubaneswar,March, 9: Currently, the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) has 133 members. In the March 16 election, 22 to 24 seats are expected to be secured by the NDA.
As a result, the number of NDA seats in the Rajya Sabha may increase to around 155–157.
After this election, the Central Government may be able to pass important bills more easily, such as the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and One Nation One Election.
It is also claimed that 2026 will bring many changes, and there will be strong action against extremist groups such as jihadist terrorists and Naxalites.
