Nabarangpur, 15th Oct 2025: As part of the Puneet Sagar Abhiyan, a cleanliness drive was conducted at the Nuabandh area located in Ward No. 4 of the Nabarangpur Municipality. The campaign was carried out with the joint cooperation of the Nabarangpur Municipality, Fire Services, Health Department, and 12th Battalion officials and NCC cadets.
During the campaign, accumulated garbage, weeds, and bushes in and around the Nuabandh were thoroughly cleaned. Participating in the cleanliness drive were Commanding Officer of the 12th Battalion NCC Lt. Sunil Kumar, Chairperson of Nabarangpur Municipality Kunu Nayak, Executive Officer Ashok Kar, Ward No. 4 Councillor Sharmee Sthadeo, all NCC cadets, Swachhata Sathis (cleanliness volunteers) of the municipality, and other public representatives.
