Kotpad, 11th Sept 2025: A Panchayat-level awareness and grievance hearing meeting was held at the meeting hall of the Kundura Block Headquarters Panchayat Office. The Block Development Officer (BDO), Ms. P. Manasmita, presided over the session and addressed 14 grievances. Out of these, 10 were group complaints and 4 were individual grievances.
The group grievances included:
Construction of a boundary wall for the village temple in Hundi,
Appointment of a teacher at the school in Jira Gudari,
Repair of the road in Kaundia Gudari,
Construction of a road to the cremation ground,
Installation of a new tube well in Paraja Sahi,
Construction of a boundary wall for the school in Jhili village, and
Construction of a road in the Majhi Sahi area of Nuaguda.
The individual grievances included:
Distribution of pending allowances,
Allotment of homestead land (Gharadiha Patta),
Disbursement of DBT (Direct Benefit Transfer) pensions through the Panchayat.
After hearing all the complaints, the BDO directed the concerned departments to take necessary actions for their resolution.

Panchayat Executive Officer (PEO) Rabindra Pujari coordinated the program.
ADEO Rupadhar Bankia and Supply Assistant Saroj Kumar Das also supported the event.
