Primary Teachers’ Association Holds Oath-Taking Ceremony

Koraput,15th Oct 2025:  The oath-taking ceremony of the local branch of the Neela Utkal Teachers’ Federation was held today at the Local Skill Development Centre.

In the event, Koraput MLA Raghuram Machha attended as the chief guest, while Zilla Parishad Chairperson Sasmita Melka and Koraput Municipality Chairman Lalat Ranjan Sethi were present as honored guests.

The elections for the organization were previously held on 20th September. The newly elected members were administered the oath by Charulata Mahapatra, the State General Secretary of the Neela Utkal Primary Teachers’ Federation.

Speaking at the event, guests emphasized that teachers are the mirrors of the nation, and they play a vital role in shaping the future of students. The status of teachers has always been held in high regard, and they have consistently been respected in society.

It was stressed that unity among teachers is crucial for ensuring a bright future for students in Odisha, and that teaching should be considered a noble commitment rather than just a profession.

  • Rajendra Kumar Rath conducted the stage proceedings, and the event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dillip Takri.
