Bhubaneswar,  Feb, 10:  President Droupadi Murmu has expressed her desire to reside in her native place, Rairangpur, after retiring from the office of the President. Accordingly, a luxurious bungalow along with a 16-room building has been constructed by the Central Government at Mahuldiha in Rairangpur.

After her retirement, the Hon’ble President will stay at this newly built holiday home. The premises were beautifully decorated today for the inauguration ceremony.
Governor Hari Babu Kambhampati, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi, Urban Development Minister Krushna Chandra Mahapatra, and Environment Minister Ganesh Ram Singh Khuntia were present at the inauguration programme.
