Cuttack, 21st Nov 2025: A preparatory meeting for the India vs South Africa 20-match series was held in Barabati on December 9. The meeting was chaired by the Cuttack District Collector.
The meeting was attended by the CMC Commissioner, OCA editors, editors of the Olympix Association, other sports organizations, and officials from various departments. Detailed discussions were held regarding the organization of the matches.
Vehicles will be parked at the lower Balijatra ground. During the matches, a green corridor will be maintained. Considering any unforeseen circumstances, 20 beds will be kept ready in the SCB (hospital).
To prevent crowding during ticket sales, long queues will be managed. Measures will also be taken to prevent black marketing of tickets, and water and glucose will be distributed to people coming to buy tickets.
