Nabarangpur, Dec, 26:  The 63rd Foundation Day of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan was celebrated at PM Shri Kendriya Vidyalaya in Nabarangpur. The program was attended by the local Nabarangpur MLA, Mr. Gauri Shabdar Majhi, as the Chief Guest, and the distinguished social worker of Nabarangpur, Mr. Jagannath Mahapatra, as Guest of Honour. Members of the Abibharja Sangha, Mr. Purnachandra Mahapatra, and other invited guests also participated in the ceremony.

The event was presided over by Hidesh Tesh Kumar Barma. During the program, English department teacher Mr. Pradeep Kumar Hoda coordinated the stage activities, while senior teacher Sadhanamayee Senapati extended thanks to all participants.
The invited guests were formally welcomed by students and teacher Mrs. Sagarika Padhi. The ceremony began with the lighting of the ceremonial lamp by Mr. Pradeep Kumar Hoda.

During the program, speakers highlighted that the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan plays a key role across India in providing holistic education—covering mental, physical, intellectual, and spiritual development—while creating a platform for nurturing the new generation.

Students presented the achievements of the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan through performances, and exhibitions showcasing the Sangathan’s participatory programs were displayed. Outstanding students from previous competitions were honored with awards and certificates by the guests.

The program concluded with senior teacher Mrs. Sadhanamayee Senapati offering thanks to everyone. The event was attended by all teachers, staff, and students of the institution.
