PM SHRI High School Kotpad Celebrates Annual Festival with Enthusiasm and Community Spirit

Kotpad : The annual festival of Kotpad PM SHRI High School was celebrated with great enthusiasm. The event was held under the chairmanship of the school’s Headmaster, Mr. Sarat Kumar Sahu.

Kotpad MLA Rupu Bhatra graced the occasion as the chief guest, NAC Chairperson Shankar Rao was the guest of honor, and the keynote speaker was Sheshandan Mishra, Principal of Kotpad College. Other dignitaries present on the stage included PTA President Gelu Padhi, School Committee President Ganesh Chandra Panda, Additional Tahsildar Parshuram Bhatra, Akhil Sangh President Mani Prasad Pattnaik, Durga Nayak, B. Minakshi, retired headmasters and teachers, and Pankaj Kumar Patra, who all encouraged the students through their presence.

As Kotpad Government High School has recently been upgraded to a PM SHRI High School, there were special acknowledgments to the Union Education Minister Dharmendra Pradhan and the Chief Minister for their support.

Distribution of Annual Awards

The event included the distribution of prizes, where students were honored for their achievements with certificates and shields by the guests. The function began with a welcome song performed by students to greet the dignitaries. Journalists from the Bharat Media Association were also present at the event.

Students showcased their talents in various cultural programs, which captivated the audience. The stage proceedings were hosted by Gaur Dewan, Dolly Hantal, Anita Panda, and Samir Charan Rath. For the prize distribution ceremony, Samanta Charan Beni Bania, Chakanayan Nayak, Pradeep Gauda, Brahmadatta Mishra, and all the teachers cooperated in organizing and managing the event.
