Bhubaneswar, Dec, 16: There is a plan to complete the Bhubaneswar Ekamra Project works before Shivaratri. Ekamra MLA Babu Singh said that a new tender will be issued within 15 days. “Work has been halted in places where there were land acquisition issues.” The Law Minister has directed that the work be completed before Shivaratri. The agency that was earlier awarded the work caused delays, said Babu Singh. Therefore, a new tender will be floated within 15 days and the work will be handed over to a new agency.
