Bhadrak, Jan 31: The national Flag is fluttering proudly in the middle of the sea. Police D GP Y.B. Khurania hoisted the national flag on Udabali Island, located a few kilometers away from Dhamra Port in Bhadrak district. As a symbol of national unity and security, the tricolour is flying high on this island situated amid the sea.
