Papadahandi, A monthly review meeting was held at the Padhaniguda Regional Resource Center in the Papadahandi block, which included the first government primary school in Pandikot. The meeting was attended by various school headteachers and F.L.N. (Foundational Literacy and Numeracy) teachers. During the meeting, discussions were held regarding the class-wise time schedules, lesson plans, and how to ensure cooperative teaching methods for effective classroom learning.

There was also a discussion on the importance of basic literacy and numeracy, along with efforts to raise awareness among teachers. The meeting highlighted the advantages and challenges of classroom teaching, focusing on both single-grade and multi-grade teaching practices. Teachers actively participated in group discussions about these issues.

In today’s key discussion, it was emphasized that during a 40-minute lesson, it is crucial to ensure class-level teaching. To assess this, a video call session was conducted through the C.R.S.C. platform, and classroom observations were carried out for the proper evaluation of teaching methods. The education department welcomed the teaching strategies discussed during the session.

The headteacher shared valuable insights on lesson notes and expressed the importance of creating an engaging atmosphere for children while teaching. At the end of the meeting, the Regional Resource Center Coordinator thanked all the teachers for their participation and declared the meeting closed.
