Belaguntha, 18th Sept 2025: Under the unique initiative of the District Collector of Ganjam, administrative officials are currently visiting every panchayat in the district to hear public grievances directly. As part of this initiative, a Joint Grievance Redressal Camp was organized today in the premises of Pailipada Panchayat Office, under Belaguntha Block.
In this camp, Belaguntha Tehsildar and Group Development Officer Kalakrishna Pradhan attended as the Chief Guest, while Gangapur Police Station Officer Banabihari Pradhan participated as the Guest of Honour. Other notable attendees included:

These officials listened to public grievances during the camp. A total of 150 complaints were received during the event. The grievances covered issues such as:
Social welfare benefits
Subhadra Yojana
Ration cards
Irrigation
Drinking water supply
And other local concerns
All the complaints were taken seriously, and steps will be taken in phases to address them, as informed by BDO and Tehsildar Kalakrishna Pradhan.
