14th July 2025: All post offices under the Cuttack Head Post Office will remain closed on July 14 due to a major software upgrade scheduled for July 15. Postal services across the city will be suspended for the day, affecting mailing, deliveries, and other services.
The Senior Superintendent of Posts has requested the cooperation of the public and customers during this brief disruption. The upgrade aims to enhance service efficiency and will enable smoother operations moving forward.
Postal services will resume on July 15. Customers are advised to plan ahead and avoid visiting post offices on July 14 for any urgent postal needs.
