Bhubaneswar, Feb, 5: The directive stating that petrol would not be provided without a PUCC (Pollution Under Control Certificate) has been withdrawn.
Petrol pumps can only advise vehicle owners to obtain a PUCC.
Instructions have been issued to make necessary corrections on the VAHAN portal.
The court has directed the government to file an affidavit after making the required changes to the portal.
