Bhubaneswar –During the zero hour in the Assembly, opposition chief whip Pramila Mallik demanded a salary hike for legislators. She urged the implementation of the committee’s recommended report, citing rising medical expenses and market prices. She insisted that MLAs’ salaries should be increased accordingly. Additionally, she also demanded an increase in the pension for former legislators.
