To prepare him for working in Japan, including language and traffic regulations, the Odisha government partnered with Navis HR, a reputed Indian company, to provide the necessary training. Rakesh expressed his happiness at being employed and thanked the government for the opportunity. He stated that the driving training opportunity has brought a major transformation in his life.

Driving Training Centers in Odisha

The Odisha government has established training and research centers in Chhatia, Palur, and Kendujhar. Rakesh received systematic training at the Chhatia training center. All expenses, including accommodation and food for trainees, are fully borne by the government.

This story is an example of how an ordinary person, with government support and personal skill, can take the name of the state to the international level. Many skilled drivers trained at these centers have secured jobs both within Odisha and in other parts of India.

The government not only takes steps to enhance skills but also coordinates with reputed organizations to facilitate employment for trainees. Such skilled drivers have made significant contributions to road safety and transportation.

Regarding Rakesh’s employment, Minister of Commerce and Transport, Bibhuti Bhusan Jena, Divisional Secretary Usha Padhi, and Transport Commissioner Amitabh Thakur have congratulated him and extended their best wishes for his future safety and success.
