Odisha Government Transfers 66 OAS Officers and 9 ORES Officers in Major Bureaucratic Reshuffle

Bhubaneswar: The state government has made a significant transfer of officers at the Tahsildar level today. A total of 9 ORES and 66 OAS officers have been transferred as per two notifications issued by the Revenue and Disaster Management Department. Many officers, who were working as Deputy Collectors in various locations, have now been appointed as Tahsildars. According to the Revenue Department notification, Tahsildars from different areas have been transferred to other Tahsils, some Deputy Collectors have been transferred to Tahsildar positions, and several OSD (Officers on Special Duty) from different departments and offices have also been transferred. Additionally, some officers have been transferred at the Sub-Registrar and DSAR level.
