Odisha Government Officially Changes Utkal Divas to Odisha Divas

Bhubaneswar: Has the name of Utkal Divas changed? It will now be celebrated as Odisha Divas. A letter has been sent to all District Collectors by the Director of Information and Public Relations to observe Odisha Divas on April 1st.
