Nabarangpur,: The Utkal Parishad organized celebrations for Odisha Day (Utkal Divas). On this occasion, floral tributes were offered to statues of eminent personalities across the city at 8 AM. Later in the morning, a meeting was held at Trupti Lodge Conference Hall, Nabarangpur. Presided over by Utkal Parishad President Bijay Kumar Chaudhury, the event featured Narayan Patra as the chief speaker, who highlighted the heroic tales of Odisha’s great leaders.
Former Governor’s Award-winning teacher, Prabhasini Mohanty, spoke as a distinguished speaker, emphasizing that Odia language, literature, culture, and traditions have enriched Odisha on a global scale.
