Malkangiri,Jan, 12:The Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya entrance examination was successfully conducted today in Malkangiri district, covering 20 centers, under the supervision of the Board of Secondary Education, Odisha, Cuttack. The District Education Office, Malkangiri, had made arrangements for a total of 4,229 students to appear for the exam.

According to information received from the District Education Officer, Malkangiri, Chittaranjan Panigrahi, a total of 3,625 students appeared in the exam at the centers—Kalimela 5, Korukunda 2, Mathli 4, Khairput 2, Guma 1, Padia 2, and Malkangiri 4 centers. Among them, 3,112 were from Class VI, 324 from Class VII, 131 from Class VIII, and 58 from Class IX. Meanwhile, 604 students were absent.

Following additional instructions from the District Collector, the District Education Office, through Additional District Education Officers Manjulata Bhoyi and Bhagirath Behera, and District Science Inspector Jagannath Be, supervised all the centers, while the Group Education Officer managed their respective centers.
