No NOC Required for Appearing in Exams or Applying for Jobs

Bhubaneswar,  Jan, 23:  From now on, an NOC will not be required to apply for examinations or jobs.
The state government has issued permanent permission for government employees.
This historic decision has been taken by the General Administration and Public Grievance Department.
Government employees will now be able to pursue career advancement more easily.
